How do I fix my Honda Accord radio after the battery died?

The battery died on my Honda Accord & once I jumped it, the radio stopped working. The ANTI-theft light is NOT ON, and it’s not asking for a code. I don’t know what to do about it, though. Any help would be great because driving with out music is making me INSANE!

Probably when jumping the car a shorted was created thus blowing the fuses, check them on the fuse panel box. Usually there is a fuse in the panel box and one in the fuse panel box in the engine compartment and/or the fuse on the back of the unit.

Jump starting your vehicle may have created a power surge that could have shorted your radio. First thing to do is check the radio fuse, hopefully its just that if not then you are going to need a new radio.

You need to enter the code for the radio. The anti-theft on the radio wants you to enter the code that came with the car. Disconnecting the radio resets the system to require a code. The anti theft light is for the car, not the radio.
